The fee you pay buys access to a simulated account and its rules. The fee is not refundable. This applies to every account type, whether or not the account has been logged into, traded on, passed or breached.
Why
Every limit, target and rule for every account size is published on the accounts page and the rules page before payment, and the checkout shows the same numbers. You are buying access, not a result.
Before you pay
- Compare the account sizes and rules.
- If anything is unclear, email [email protected] before paying. We will confirm the exact rule.
Payment problems
If a payment was made twice for one order, or the amount paid does not match the order, contact support with the transaction reference. Those cases are corrected; they are not refunds of the fee.
