How do refunds work?

FundedCobra has a strict refund policy due to the digital nature of our services.
Evaluation and Setup Fees
The fee paid for a 1-Step Challenge, 2-Step Challenge or Instant Funding account is not refundable, whether or not the account has been logged into, traded on, passed or breached.
No refund on passing
The one-time fee is not refundable on any account model, including after passing an evaluation or receiving payouts. Payouts are your profit share only; the fee is never returned with them.
Dispute Policy
Filing an illegitimate chargeback or dispute after trading on an account is considered fraud and will result in a permanent ban from FundedCobra and our partner networks.
